Job 6:24 "Teach me, and I will hold my tongue, Cause me to understand wherein I have erred.".
Have you ever felt that you always have to either explain yourself or always have to prove something to someone so you can be on the same page? Have you ever spoke and you felt that may be it was the wrong words to say afterward? We know we cannot take our words back; however, we can be cautious in future to say and to use our words wiselfy. Know that God will teach you when to hold your tongue, teach you when to speak, and teach you when to be cautious so you won't go astray with your words. Your words are powerful and definitely can have an impact so when God advises you to speak, it'll be at the right time and for the right reasons. You won't regret it and you will feel empowered in a spiritual way that you've made the right decision.
We cannot make people like us; however, when we speak, we can guide people to respect us. We have the power to change and to influence a people with our words similar to public speakers, music artist, and political figures. Be cautious by thinking first and take the time to process it, and then speak.
Be blessed and highly favored.
