Ruth 2:2 So Ruth the Moabitess said to Naomi, "Please let me go to the field, and glean heads of grain after him whose sight I may find favor."
We as mothers want the best for our families so we will diligently strive for excellence by working in the field. We want to learn how things work, why the work, and what works. We want to be the game changers and movers. When we work in the field, we are learning what's going on so when the opportunity becomes available, we can showcase our talents, skills, knowledge and wisdom.
When we glean behind the people who are already doing the work and we are working with them, it makes a human connection that not only we can do the job but acquire the knowledge from doing the job to help share our ideas to make things prosper. That's what Ruth did. She glean by the reapers and she wasn't told to do it, but she asked to do it. She had a strategy, it worked, and her family became blessed.
Mothers, glean behind the reapers and find favor in the work that you do. Work hard, and you'll be discovered by someone who admires your work ethic, expertise and knowledge. In addition, the person that discovers you may ask for you to work for them with a larger salary and better opportunities, and your family will be blessed by the raise. Be watchful because always know somebody may be watching you and your work.
Be of good courage.
Be blessed and highly favored.
